Silvestri’s Bio Weiderind label is awarded to beef-producing farms which keep their animals out on pasture for a minimum of eight hours per day during the growing season and which during the winter feeding season and in inclement weather provide particularly high-welfare housing including unlimited access to an exercise yard (Swiss Federal RAUS programme on regular outdoor management of livestock), thus guaranteeing the highest level of animal welfare.

Together with the annual inspection of the holding, we can also audit for compliance with the Bio Weiderind standards, a label that is very popular with consumers. The combination of label inspections saves you time and money.
