Co-Branding regional brands with regio.garantie

«Das Beste der Region» (The best of the region) unites the regional brands of the Swiss cantons of Aargau, Bern, Solothurn, Jura and Zurich and the brand of the Central Switzerland region. The goal is to promote sales of regional food specialities and thus boost value creation in the regions.

By gaining certification of their regional products to the standards for regional brands, producers give their customers the assurance that their products are credible and truly regional. The national-level regio.garantie quality mark serves as a uniform label and thus provides guidance for consumers. This creates a Switzerland-wide supply of truly regional products. Certification opens up new sales avenues and marketing opportunities for producers.
