FROMARTE, the umbrella foundation of Swiss cheese specialists, primarily aims at strengthening commercial structures with a view to maintaining the culture of Swiss cheese production in rural areas and the unique quality and diversity of the products.

The care and passion that goes into artisanal cheese production is mirrored in the cheeses’ quality and thus safeguards their uniqueness and diversity for both the trade and consumers.

Small enterprises nowadays face a whole array of requirements and it is not prudent for them to try and navigate this environment by themselves. QM Fromarte therefore seeks sector solutions and services which reduce the financial and resource burden on small artisanal producers.
